D-DAY INCHING CLOSER

12-8-2014 the next DDay is inching closer.
We have just 2 more months. Our leaders belonging to various union and apparently of the same umbilical cord cannot see eye
to eye.May be individual ego is at play. I suggest they must agree to step aside and allow the advocates handling the Jaipur, Chandigarh and Delhi High Courts to work out a joint strategy to follow. *The total cost of all advocates may be shared by all the unions but this should be worked out later after 12th Aug so as to avoid a fresh flash point. It must be only the advocates who should be on the field of action.

I spoke to my Auditor about this: Whether Educational cess @ 3% of the tax is to be paid  on the gross tax or on the amount of tax arrived at after reducing the tax by Rs.2,000/- ?

He confirms that ONLY after tax is arrived by reducing tax by Rs 2000 ,the Educational cess @3% is to be added

Dear Mr Gangadharan,
Referring to the query of Mr B.S.Gopalakrishna,Educational cess is to be calculated only after deducting the tax credit of Rs 2000/- from the gross tax.

Kind regards.

EDUCATIONAL CESS IS PAYABLE ?

Dear Shri Gangadharan,
  • Thank you for publishing my letter and the clarifications received regarding the rebate of Rs.2,000/- in Income Tax under Sec 87 A of Income Tax Act for those whose taxable income does not exceed Rs.5,00,000/-.I have a small doubt. Whether Educational cess @ 3% of the tax is to be paid  on the gross tax or on the amount of tax arrived at after reducing the tax by Rs.2,000/- ?
  • I shall be happy if some of our friends clarify on this point also.
  • Thanking you and with best wishes,
Yours sincerely.

RB KISHORE

Unseemly war of words is going on. We are adding  insult to injury. Please stop this tirade & concentrate on constructive endeavours & find a bridge of understanding, whereby we forget the Dirty recent  Past pertaining to this topic & bring about healthy transition & peaceful way & solution to 12 August 2014 SC Bench hearing all Appeals clubbed & concentrate wholeheartedly on this & this alone. Here  all 3 representing Jaipur, Chandigarh & Delhi HC should be of one mind, present unassailable arguments to defend stoutly the Core, Parent Hon SJ Bhandari’s unique judgement conferring TWIN benefits of Full DR to pre8/1997 pensioners & pension upgradation with every wage revision.   We all are happy that CGH Bench added 12 % interest apart from confirming Hon SJ verdict dt 12/1/2010. So too, Delhi HC also added good ammunition to our arsenal by adding uniform application to all similarly placed & aggrieved pensioners pronouncing ‘IN REM'.

It becomes clear to any reader or recipient  that by all standards, we get the fairly correct impression that we are nearing the FINAL SOLUTION with ifs such as - ALL 3 as pointed above — MUST SAY WITH UNANIMOUS VOICE that TWIN BENEFITS is articulated clearly in Hon SJ Bhandari’s judgement, adduced with reason & logic & cogently, succinctly analyzing various case laws, in unambiguous terms, to arrive at his decision thus projecting & promoting LIC Board Resolution as the kingpin, but with positive extensions & modifications, arriving at the inescapable conclusion of, as DB Judges rightly termed, as an UMBRELLA JUDGEMENT, of course, after hearing both the parties. With SC Bench earlier on 17 Oct 2012 spelling more clearly the earlier ambiguous 14 Nov 2011 judgement, specifying – Retiral benefits from the date of eligibility - meaning thereby Date of Retirement - which is an IMPORTANT CLARIFICATION. It is, therefore, imperative that all Pensioners Fedns, as AIIPA is not in the picture in Court cases, only AIRIEF & Fedn of Retd Class I Officers Assns must forget any other ideology other than as above & ensure strengthening of the fabric & mosaic of Unity & Synergy of the large body of aged Pensioners who will shower their blessings on the Fighting Force & Soldiers of the Triumvirate Jaipur, Chandigarh & Delhi emerging as Lords Brahma, Vishnu & Shiva, instead of upsetting the applecart of a probable, possible &even inescapable final solution, by unified, suave, cogent, purposeful arguments & submissions to Hon Learned SC Bench with masterly courtcraft, the summum bonum of clinching an unforgettable, everlasting, summit of Victory after fighting Kurukshetra legal battle with all its meandering course with such unbelievable patience, persistence & endurance, unparalled in the History of legal proceedings & jurisprudence & most certainly to be etched in letters of gold. This cannot be a daydream but really well within our reach.
Such trying moments call for unity, sacrifice on the part of everybody to submerge differences, forget & forgive, embrace each other, adopt common unanimous point of view, be happy on the eve of submissions in SC, glued to your seats in SC gallery, listen with rapt attention in pindrop silence, witness same like IPL Cricket  Finals with, suspense, perspiration, delight, thrill, inspiration, prayers & atlast judgement by Hon SC Bench in favour of pensioners without an iota of doubt, what more, patience, presentation, perseverance & endurance & Hon Judges maintaining the highest dignity & majesty  of the SC towards adversely affected elders & pensioners fighting for last 12 years & more  restoring equity & justice in the most befitting manner to the utmost satisfaction of ALL groups of pensioners. Are we to fight to lose in & commit the Suicidal act of killing  the Goose that lays golden eggs? Simply Startling, there cannot then be any worse case than these acts of Self-destruction. I appeal to Sanity, to Wisdom, to Maturity, to Justice, to Moderation, to Humility, to Calmness, remove air of superiority, superciliousness, criticism of one serving as tribute to another, it smacks of lack of gentleness, cool & calm temperament, igniting unnecessarily fire of anger, which we pensioners must never fall prey as real Winner is one who never craves to claim he won, but from behind he gets reverence & recognition, which is more important than denouncing others. We have to exist before we can co-exist, never ever forget this dictum. We Indians act in haste & repent at leisure. We are not Snake & Mongoose to go on fanning the flames, which precisely has to be put down at the earliest point. Please STOP this DIRTY politics once for all. No mudslinging, no stone throwing.

All pensioners must feverishly endeavour to ENSURE SIMILAR Presentations of TWIN Benefits, much before the end of this month. Procrastination should be avoided & Decisiveness must step in. Keeping pensioners in suspense is not fair. Already pensioners are a worried lot as after the spectacular 8/8/2013 SC verdict dismissing LIC SLP 29956 & 29957 & admitting Sri Asthana’s IA 12 & 13 & all attempts by LIC to get a Stay thwarted on yet another memorable day 30/9/2013 when SC Bench eminently refused to grant stay by their firm order – NO STAY in respect of CWP 6676/1998 & allied matters, yet another Victory post but then onwards virtual decline as 8 months have passed by May end & not one inch we could move forward.

PARTHASARATHY, MYSORE.

Less said, the better it is about the Indian Legal System. While the present situation and atmosphere in the country warrants reaching target, achieving, succeeding, finalising speedily & amicably, etc., etc.,  there is one system which  firmly believes only in "journey".  No one in that system is bothered about the purpose of journey, speed of journey, duration of journey, whether  the goal is to reach the destination  etc.,  Simply keep on travelling. Light at the end of the tunnel? No one is allowed to think about it.

Supposing  a case is filed "on a controversy about the colour of the Crow" in a court, it can be dragged on for decades because of the "verbal sleight of the tongue/brain of the concerned lawyers. Meantime, intervention of Govt. of Baaboos,  vested interests etc. would successfully add to this eternal dragging.  Supposing due to some unforeseen calamity, the entire species of crows is annihilated but there would be no end for the legal case.  This is our judicial system. Why they should give " so much " scope to GOI/MOF?  When there is a resolution (for which the GOI Representative also was a signatory ) any decent system would simply and blindly has to accept and implement it.  Should it require 1.5 decades and still remaining unsettled.  This shows the wretched degeneration of the system in which we are  living.  If at all there is any sensitivity, those who are putting  spoke in the wheel and creating eternal hurdles should be awarded severe punishment with heavy fine.

Pensioners' case is unique case which cannot be kept on decades BECAUSE, EVERYDAY ONE OR A FEW PENSIONERS WOULD BE BIDDING  GOOD BYE TO THIS WORLD.   COURTS MAY GRANT INNUMERABLE ADJOURNMENTS BUT THERE IS NO SCOPE FOR ANY ADJOURNMENT EVEN BY A FRACTION OF A SECOND IN THE COURT OF LORD YAMA.  PEOPLE COME TO THIS WORLD WITH A RETURN JOURNEY TICKET READY  with them..  ONLY THEY HAVE TO WAIT FOR THE " BOARDING PASS " for commencing  their journey back to ... wherever they are destined. it is a matter of deep agony that those people in GOI/MOF and their counsellors have not cared to realise this. May  be they are of the belief that they ARE HERE  PERMANENTLY.  They must be made to realise/remember (if they have forgotten)  THAT THE ONLY TRUTH IS THAT NO BODY CAN ESCAPE DEATH & effects of AGEING (if they live for longer years).

Therefore, let those Advocates, Baboos and others in GOI take cognisance of these and allow the pensioners of LIC to See the Light at the end of the tunnel AT THE EARLIEST and provide Pensioners the happiness to stay peacefully  till they have to start their final journey to the Unknown Destination.   Hope and Pray Lord Almighty that our Case will have PLEASANT FINALE IN THE VERY NEAR FUTURE.

'LIC PENSIONERS CHRONICLE' AFFORDS GREAT OPPORTUNITIES...

After publication of the letter of Shri BS Gopalakrishna, we received a spate of responses from our valued readers (more reports are lying with us for publication).  The Editor for the first time wished if he had received assistance from a person who could be designated as Editor for coordinating reports on tax matters!

It is proved beyond any doubt, this blog of the pensioners is a wonderful

forum where the pensioners could co-exist and share all the information they have or they may wish to have.

Hilarious moments...  moments of life are nearer than ever.
Your Editor is simply happy and touched too for the God bestowed on him this great opportunity to serve his colleagues in the evening of his life.

Thank you colleagues for providing this wonderful opportunity
to serve you.

STRANGE THINGS HAPPENING...

Strange things are being observed recently.Things are strange because we find our leaders including the most respected have resorted to accusations and counter accusations. Some times accusations have crossed the boundary lines of decency. We do not like our leaders engaged in throwing bricks or slinging mud at other leaders whom they do not like. The advanced age have
wiped out the sensibilities.

This phenomenon has developed after Sri M S. Murty's move for unity. We may or may not like one's move or comments but dislike does not demand acrimony and indecency.

It is well understood that unity is not forthcoming but, please, stop this childish reactions. Please do not allow LIC to derive the benefits out of our own diverging approaches.

As Sri T Sampath Iyengar has suggested that Each advocate should plead for inplementation of his High Court order, it is the best possible approach under

the given circumstaces.

SPECIAL ENTRY SCHEME TO RETIREES; LIC REQUESTED TO FINALISE ORDERS

URGENT

Dear Sir,

Reg:- Appeal to allow inclusion of Retirees who are not under umbrella of
Group Mediclaim Scheme.

We are thankful to you for introducing special entry scheme vide your circular dt. 12/05/2014 providing coverage to employees. This depicts the welfare consciousness of the executives.

In-service employees already allowed
SPECIAL ENTRY but retirees wait
for kindness!
We request you to revisit our letter dt. 11/03/2014 wherein we requested to open the option to those retirees/pensioners who are not under shelter of Group Mediclaim Scheme. During our visit to Central Office on 29/04/2014 we (P.N. Srivastava Kanpur and J.K. Karulkar Mumbai) discussed at length on the matter, with the Chief (Pers). There are hardly 5% who are not covered under the scheme. Such group consist of Family Pensioners (widow etc) residing far away from Divisional HQ who are ignorant of the scheme and could not get due information. The retires could not deposit the premium timely through their intention was to get the coverage. It can not be assumed that left over are bad risk. Such persons need your help to get the health coverage in their old age. You will not be unconvinced of their difficulties if they are not provided medical cover. They look forward to the executives for getting the benefit of welfare measures of L.I.C.
In-service enployees already allowed special entry. We are confident your kindself will take positive consideration to allow the inclusion of left over Retirees/Pensioners immediately.
This will help them to live with tension free, dignity and comfort.
Thanks

SP SOOD

Dear Sir,
Sh.M.Srinivasa Murthy, has put my name at number one in his list of sycophants published in the Chronicle. Instead of joining the issue with Sh.Murthy, I would prefer to go by the numerous sane comments which have appeared in the Chronicle contributed by Sh. Subramanian, Sh.J.Aboobucker from London, Sh. K.S. Raman, Sh. CSR Krishna Rao and others. An 'inconvenient question' is disturbing Sh. Murthy.  It is his problem.... because I have full confidence the way our case has been fought so far.
Whether intentionally or otherwise, efforts are being made to divert the attention of pensioners who are being denied justice by stonewalling the implementation of fair orders of SB Hon'ble Justice Bhandari which have not been "stayed" even by the Highest Court. Precisely  the inconvenient question is  as to why LIC is now not prepared to implement its own Board's Resolution and why the Govt. has taken a rigid and tough stand though it has not come out openly in the court  and is using LIC to thwart the implementation of court orders.
The intentions of the Govt.MOF will be  clear as revealed in a letter No. DO No.S-11016/2007-Ins.III dated 20th Feb., 2009 from the then Minister of State for Finance Sh. P.K.Bansal addressed to Dr. Subramanian Swamy. The relevant para reads: "The matter has been looked into. Insurance Employees' pension scheme is broadly based on the pension scheme of bank employees and since no change has taken place in the pension scheme of banks' employees, it is felt that a change in the scheme for the insurance employees would cause ripple effects in the banking sector and other related sectors.....
On 5.05.2011, Sh. S.K.Mohanti, Under Secretary, GOI MOF submiited an Affidavit in the Allahabad High Court which reads:"Pension once fixed cannot be revised with every wage revision thereafter. Provision of Sec.48 of the LIC Act gives power to Central Govt... The cost of allowing updation of pension with every wage revision may be very high... will adversely affect the corporation and also policyholders interest. ( The issues raised in the affidavit have been dealt with in the SB Judgement of Hon’ble Justice Bhandari  )
We will observe that above referred letter of MOF was sent in Feb., 2009 i.e. before the SB Judgement delivered in Jan., 2010.  And Mr. Mohanti’s Affidavit was submitted in May, 2011 i.e. after the judgement and also after the Review Petition by LIC had been dismissed.  It clearly shows that undeterred by the Court orders, the MOF did not take any cognizance of judicial process which was and has been in favour of pensioners.
The other day I was listening to a lively debate on a TV channel re: judicial process. Luckily, politicians were not on the panel.  One of the participants startled me when he told that these days 6-7 top lawyers in the SC are charging anything between 20 lacs to 25 lacs per appearance in 2G Scam and Coalgate allotment scams. They are being paid hefty fee simply to over-awe the judiciary, make use of their oratory skill and somehow circumvent the course of legal process.
Precisely this is what GOI MOF is doing in our case as has been evident in various Court Orders which have been clearly in our favour but simultaneously LIC has been provided escape route.  One of my advocate friends remarked that the job of good lawyer is to interpret the orders in favour of their client.  Supreme Court says “STAY NOT GRANTED” but it does not mean IMPLEMENT SB JUDGEMENT……..hence go on fighting.
If there're any points in ur discussion,
he will surely note it!
Hats off to Sh. Asthana who has
successfully kept the legal battle alive despite such odds.  With the change of Govt at Centre should the pensioners hope to have compassionate hearing because the Secretaries sitting in the Ministry of Finance have adopted a stern attitude against LIC pensioners and have converted this into a policy matter encasing the entire public sector ?
But friends, we must continue our legal fight and have faith in judiciary.  Each one is free to adopt his own strategy. Instead of slighting those who have kept the hope alive, let us lock horns
with those forces which are out to deny  justice to aged pensioners of LIC.

EACH ADVOCATE SHD PLEAD FOR IMPLEMENT HIS HIGH COURT ORDER

There appears to be some fear in the minds of friends of Sri Asthana that his contribution to
the welfare of the LIC pensioners is being discounted and he is being criticised for his strategy. No one can discount his contribution. But for him the pension-related problems of LIC pensioners would not have acquired this much of lime light and reached the final stage for redressal  as at present. Can any one refuse to accept the  bench mark judgment of Jaipur HC judgment  that formed the bed rock to Chandigarh and Delhi H.C judgements. That It is he who fought the mighty to get a favourable judgment in various courts  cannot be lightly dismissed.

There is an attempt to pit GNS against  Asthana or pit Sri Asthana against Sri Brij Jit Singh of Chandigarh. Sri Singh's role in the success of Petition filed in Chandigarh High Court started by drafting the Plaint and offering Legal advice throughout.  There is a small talk of his being empanelled by a Division. What of it? His contribution too is praise worthy. Chandigarh HC case was fought under AIRIEF banner?   Mr GNS was in Bangalore last week and he said that he would pursue the case in the SC in his own own way. Very well.

There is merit in Mr Srinivasa Murty's plea that each advocate should plead for implementation of his courts judgment but his *acerbic comments on others could  be better avoided.

Chronicle Editor has tough times ahead !

But due to some distraction Sri Asthana was forced to plead "liberty to seek clarification of the Jaipur High Courts judgment" and LIC took advantage of it in Chandigarh HC contempt proceedings that the petitioners of Jaipur HC have themselves asked for liberty to seek clarification of the judgment and we will implement here as per clarification provided by Jaipur HC.  If LIC takes a similar plea in SC what strategy Mr Asthana and his advocate adopt to counter such a plea, we have to wait and see. Mr Asthana appearts to have neither sought any clarification nor has he withdrawn his plea for clarification. May be ever vigilant Asthana has something up his sleeves.

What we don't Know: The contents of hundreds of pages LIC has submitted to Supreme Court.

We have a little more than 2 months before our tryst with Supreme Court and let us hope and pray may BETTER WISDOM be dawn on our leaders.

ONE SIMPLE QUESTION...

At the outset, I wish to convey my sincere thanks to Sh. P.G. Gangadharan, Editor,LIC Pensioners Chronicle which has enabled all of us to listen to divergent views on current burning issues of D.A. Parity for Pre 01.08.1997 to L.I.C. Retirees and Pension Up gradation for all retirees particularly in last few months after Mission Unity Idea from Sh.Sreenivasa Murty was floated.

Some of our learned friends have called it Mudslinging Business. A few friends have criticised LIC PC itself while some more have seen it as a game of attacking our warrior Sh. K.M.L. Asthana.

After reading divergent views of all learned friends
, I am unable to get answers for following questions.

Now let me a narrate one recent example which does not revolve round two different organisations but the same organisation.

Everyone knows that three High Court verdicts
from Jaipur,Chandigarh and Delhi are already in our favour . Further, Delhi verdict is claimed to be secured by GNS Camp whereas another two are from same camp i.e. AIRIEF.  Both Delhi and Chandigarh High Courts verdicts are based on Jaipur Verdict only. Now filing of one I.A. by Sh.K.M.L. Asthana against another I.A. in Supreme Court from GNS can be termed as a case of Inter Union Rivalry only.

However, Sh.K.M.L.Asthana has filed one fresh I.A. in Supreme Court on 06.05.2014 requesting himself to implead in Chandigarh High Court Pending Civil Appeal there.

Now, One Legal Committee of three Petitioners namely S/Sh.Brij Jit Singh,T.C.Chopra and S.N. Chhabra were really shocked to learn this news since no body consulted them and they are quite capable and competent to fight their own matters themselves. Immediately, it was enquired from President/General Secretary AIRIEF since both Jaipur and Panchkula Units involved in legal battle pertain to same organisation AIRIEF and reply was that both GS and President are not party to this decision of filing said I.A. dated 06.05.2014.

Now, my one simple question from all friends is: What can be the purpose behind filing said I.A. dated 06.05.2014 in Chandigarh High Court Matter when both G.S./President of AIRIEF are denying that this decision was not taken by them?

B.R.Mehta

RK VISWANATHAN

This is not the right time to play the blame game. All the efforts for unity shedding all differences vanished in thin air. Now that we are in the final stage of the legal battle and we have to get a crystal clear judgment on August 12 TH to put at rest all the doubts, worries and anxieties with no more slip between the cup and the lip.

The appellant LIC would in all probability be utilizing the time lag to think of the ways and means to keep the litigation going for some more time and they have the policy holders money to spend for roping in high profile lawyers in their mission.

Aged and ailing we are deeply concerned and worried about our mortality having seen many deaths among the pensioners all these years and naturally the expectations are that this court case should end soon. In this turmoil the silver lining is that the new government with a steamroller majority is proactive, people friendly and tuned to listen to the citizen’s woes.

Any new government to gain popularity will try to undo the unjustifiable acts what their predecessor has done  and perhaps one such being the gross injustice done to the LIC pensioners despite several court orders in their favor.

home made solution for worry, isn't it!
To go with the proverb “ Beat the iron when it is hot “ Our Pensioner’s association should jointly meet the Finance Minister with a well drafted Memorandum highlighting the injustice done to the pensioners  by the UPA Government by willfully, and maliciously sabotaging the several court orders knowing very well that justice is not on their side.

The meeting with the Finance ministry officials should be so timed that they are free to talk to us and this could be so after the budget session and this should be neither too early nor too late. Atleast during this last journey I hope unity could be forged.

DEBATE AROUSED INTEREST !

ENOUGH IS ENOUGH; LET'S BURY THE HATCHET!

Sir,
You have declared the semifinal lineup. I am sure there will be no winner as we do not know what is in store at the SC level. We can only hope that Justce Bhandari's historic judgement will be upheld.

Once again Mr Murthy has blown 'hot and cold'. On one hand he says  'enough is enough' and at the same breath starts to let go his tirades and label as 'tutored', 'sychophants' etc etc. He is skeptical of others using the Chronicle. Thanks to Mr. Gangadharan for thinking and making it open  for all.

I can't couch, on behalf of the fedn and shri Asthana for the reasons on filing the writs or what will happen in the courts, as these are matters for our legal team and they are capable of working out the strategies. Can Mr murthy vouch on behalf of his Assn. as to whether they will not question the inclusion of upgradation in the Board resolution? Its easier to 'blah, blah' after an event. Hindsight is a wonderful matter. It is always easy to a second guess after the fact.
I do not understand why Mr.Murthy is upset about what the fedn.and for that matter KMLA is doing. Even cases filed by other Assn are also pending since long, and the assn  is unable to do anything as delays are inevitable. Here the only difference is Mr Asthana is not keeping quiet but trying out various startegies, which seems irksome at times, for some. Heavens have not fallen. Stay has bee refused by the SC and the Jaipur verdict is still binding. Come august and though it will be rainy season, I hope the darkening clouds will disappear for us and a favourable judgement will be forthcoming.

May god bestow good health and long life, with the onset of our new medical Scheme, for those who are anxiously awaiting for a favourable verdict and reap the benefits.  God is Great.

SHRI MURTY'S MISSION IS ADMIRABLE...

I have ..." A few ( 6+ ) inconvenient answers..!" But, I desist my-self from e-mailing to LIC Pensioners Chronicle for publication / posting. I wish others also do desist to answer.
  • Shri M.S.Murty's mission is admirable. Some of his contributions in LICPC are crisp, pointed and interesting to read.
  • Hence, many may regard him kindly, as I do. Therefore, it is advisable to refrain from commenting. There isn't any obligation to answer any one or all his or any one else's questions.
  • Murtyji may go through the pages of the Chronicle for the past one year or so to get right -answers to majority of his questions. For some reasons, I would like to be anonymous.

SHRI HK AGGARWAL HAS SOMETHING TO SAY!

Dear Sh Gangadharan,
As u r aware Sh KML Asthana  has alone been fighting since 1998, and it was only in 2010 when he won the case that many like me and  you became interested. Still it is he who has been burning midnight oil in drafting, consulting, typing and filing appeals etc. and pursuing the cases whether in HC or in SC. More so the judgments of Delhi & Pb Hry HC Chandigarh cases are totally based upon Jaipur Judgements.
  • It is unfortunate that LIC had been under pressure from GOI/FM for the last  many years for not to honour court orders, instead LIC with money power is dragging and delaying the legal proceedings despite  the fact that there is no stay by SC on jaipur HC orders. Sh Asthana has been resorting and adopting the professionally legal steps and actions including impleading in SLPs pending in SC besides the writs of mandamus filed in Rajasthan HC, Jaipur  for getting HC orders implemented. Till our legal system gets accelerated we have to have patience and continue to lend all support to reach final goal. Hope you will appreciate the current situation.

LETS HOPE AND PRAY THAT WITH THE CHANGE OF GOVERNMENT AT THE CENTRE POSITIVE  SIGNALS WILL BE FLASHED TO LIC TO DELIVER JUSTICE BY IMPLEMENTING & HONOURING RAJASTHAN HC ORDERS DATED 12.1.2010 IN LETTER AND SPIRIT. AT THE COST OF REPETITION FRIENDS, JUSTICE BHANDARI HAS ALLOWED BOTH THE WRITS (on DA ANOMALY & UPGRADATION) BESIDES ASKING  LIC TO IMPLEMENT THEIR OWN BOARD RESOLUTION. SO LETS HOPE AND I AM SANGUINE THAT  UCCHHE DIN AANE WALE HAIN (GOOD DAYS ARE AHEAD).

Wish all the best and good health
H K Aggarwal
