Sir,
You have declared the semifinal lineup. I am sure there will be no winner as we do not know what is in store at the SC level. We can only hope that Justce Bhandari's historic judgement will be upheld.

Once again Mr Murthy has blown 'hot and cold'. On one hand he says  'enough is enough' and at the same breath starts to let go his tirades and label as 'tutored', 'sychophants' etc etc. He is skeptical of others using the Chronicle. Thanks to Mr. Gangadharan for thinking and making it open  for all.

I can't couch, on behalf of the fedn and shri Asthana for the reasons on filing the writs or what will happen in the courts, as these are matters for our legal team and they are capable of working out the strategies. Can Mr murthy vouch on behalf of his Assn. as to whether they will not question the inclusion of upgradation in the Board resolution? Its easier to 'blah, blah' after an event. Hindsight is a wonderful matter. It is always easy to a second guess after the fact.
I do not understand why Mr.Murthy is upset about what the fedn.and for that matter KMLA is doing. Even cases filed by other Assn are also pending since long, and the assn  is unable to do anything as delays are inevitable. Here the only difference is Mr Asthana is not keeping quiet but trying out various startegies, which seems irksome at times, for some. Heavens have not fallen. Stay has bee refused by the SC and the Jaipur verdict is still binding. Come august and though it will be rainy season, I hope the darkening clouds will disappear for us and a favourable judgement will be forthcoming.

May god bestow good health and long life, with the onset of our new medical Scheme, for those who are anxiously awaiting for a favourable verdict and reap the benefits.  God is Great.

K.S. Raman
