RECIPE FOR SUCCESS
Blend a plan mixing your aptitude, knowledge, attributes and financial resources, ability to cope with adverse circumstances boldly. Adopt the plan and work on it with intelligent application, perseverance, dedicated hard work, within appropriate time limit, which will vary according to the plan.

RECIPE FOR PEACE OF MIND

Look at persons living below your economic prosperity level. Look for people, in your family, in your friend circle, in your neighborhood who are hard working and honest. Eliminate those indulging in drinks, gambling and other undesirable activities. Next see if you can help by providing education to their children. Next see if you can get them better job opportunities. Remember that Charity is injurious unless it helps the recipient  to become independent of it. You can also look at charity organizations and provide help through them to needy persons.
RECIPE FOR ACTIVE AND HEALTHY LIFE
We require ingredients consisting of Proper Nutritive Diet, both in quality and quantity, proper Exercise, preferably yogic exercises, properly selected, and Hygienic Environment inclusive of personal cleanliness.
We have to guard against excessive and junk food. We have to also ensure that we do not tire ourselves while exercising. Hygiene plays an important part. The three need to be properly mixed and good sleep is equally important. We have to, by trial and error, set our own limits that provide us the best results.
