1.  My mail was just expression of my views under the title "Pensioners Views" whereas you have preferred it to react over this mail as a sharp criticism to my views. You please tell me why everyone should agree with you and in case some one like me who does not support your views will be labelled by you as anti-pensioner or ignorant.  

2.  Panchkula and Chandigarh are both independent Units affiliated to one All India LIC Pensioners Association called AIRIEF.  I have been reading your mails since long being circulated by you at All India Level. Will you please tell me in what and which capacity you are sending your mails i.e. what office you hold in AIRIEF at All India Level or at Chandigarh Unit level.

3.  We at Panchkula are of very clear view that entire legal fund collected by various units must be remitted to AIRIEF Indore Account but never never you have mentioned in your mails AIRIEF Indore Account No. Why So?

4  You have always projected your self as a champion of  LIC Pensioners and our secretary Sh. S.N. Chhabra being 82 plus as anti pensioner.  

5.  I am not in favor of creating any controversy.  I do not want to criticize any one even in sister organisations whereas you have made it as your passion to criticize even General Secretary/ President of other pensioners organisations and from same breath you talk of pensioners unity. Please tell us whether so called Unity can be achieved through your such actions?  

6.  I just wanted that Chandigarh and Panchkula units must work like elder and younger brothers and Ghar Kee Baat Ghar Main Hi Rehni Chahiye but you believe in belittling every one including us. So it is your sweet choice. 

7. You always project that Panchkula is a hurdle in unity. Will you please tell me  (A) Who was Convener of So Called Tricity Pensioners Meeting at Panchkula on 09.10.2013 (B) Whether any one whosoever convening said meeting invited our Secretary/President.  For your kind information, this reply is NO

You prefer to convene such meetings without knowledge of Sh.S.N.Chhabra and still talk of creating unity.
8. Why do you think that wisdom is your monopoly only and every one including a recent retiree like me should fall in line by agreeing with you otherwise we will be labelled as ignorant and anti pensioners.

9. You just believe in making a big propaganda without knowing facts with sole motive to project Sh.S.N. Chhabra in bad light by criticizing his all actions latest being contempt in chandigarh high court and withdrawal of Jalandhar case. 

Facts are as below.

(A) Sh. Chhabra ji is fully in touch with Sh.Asthana ji. It was he only who told chhabra ji to hold on linking same with an early outcome of Jaipur CCP and hence delay in filing of contempt here at Chandigarh. 

(B) Alka's name as Advocate in this case was approved by Asthana ji

(C) Advocate clearly told in advance that first date will be at minimum three months gap and subsequents dates will be at very short notice.

(D) Sh.Chhabra ji and advocate were very much present in chandigarh High Court on 12.11.2013.
(E) Adjourning sine die of jalandhar case is after deliberations and understanding between Concerned Advocate,Asthana ji,Chhabra ji and Sh.Sita Ram Arora from Jalandhar.

10. Let me tell you very clearly that we are not your followers. I am of very clear view that all burning issues of LIC Pensioners will be resolved through a very clear cut co-ordination in common working approach amongst all LIC Pensioners Unions/ Associations /Federations with full backing of all unions of in service employees also.
