The outcome of 29th November hearing in
Rajasthan HC is unpredictable, says RK Viswanathan.
The aged pensioners have become restless and
have reconciled to the fact that God alone has to come
to their rescue, neither LIC nor the Government
In this I am one of those who have implicit
faith in the prayer, he adds.
The way LIC is keeping silent and holding their cards close to their chest I could not forecast what will be their reply on 29 inst. when Jaipur HC resumes the hearing. In the interregnum it is a free for all to give their own interpretation - some negative and some positive.
- However much justice is on the pensioner’s side one thing appears to be clear that the learned judges wish to play cool and throw the ball back to the Supreme court much to their convenience and citing the civil appeals pending. In this scenario what will be the outcome on the 29 inst is unpredictable.
With the ever growing animosity between different
pensioner’s forum at times their diatribe becoming ballistic and their adopting
different approach to the solution gives
a handle to the other party to delay and deny justice.
The aged pensioners have become restless and have reconciled to the fact that God alone has to come to their rescue, neither LIC nor the Government. In this I am one of those who have implicit faith in the prayer.
