Lots of debate is going on the issue of pensioners - while it is welcome as it shows pensioners concern and anxiety, but at this stage, instead of going on analysis only (i will not call it criticism), en-lighted persons like Mr. Basudeb Das, Mr.komalan, laymen of lic pensioners chronicle, must simultaneously come out with solid solutions for the implementation of Jaipur, Chandigarh & Delhi High Courts orders.
They, for that matter, all of us as beneficiaries will be doing yeomen service if we lend the much needed support by providing, to the petitioners who are involved in legal fight, for the last over a decade, good advice, course of action after due consultations - may be after seeking considered opinions of senior advocates of their respective areas to achieve the common goal without any further loss of time, and thus help all employees (including retired) irrespective of class, cadre, union, Assn, or any Org./Federation.
In TRICITY (Chandigarh,Mohali,Panchkula) meetings of pensioners are being held to chalk out further course of action and senior advocates are also being consulted for further legal action that may be fruitful.
LETS BE UNITED, SHED PAST OR PRESENT PREJUDICES so that senior citizens lead an honorable "Evening of Life". As Swami Vivekananda has said in 1893 in USA: "Sisters & Brothers.... ARISE, AWAKE and STOP NOT TILL GOAL IS ACHIEVED. They live who live for others, the rest are more dead than alive........."
