Dear LIC Pensioners Friends
Congrats to all of you for fresh writ petition from Hyderabad Association being taken on board today by Delhi High Court which has issued three weeks notice to LIC to submit their counter. This action of Delhi High Court today is a clear answer to all those who were telling LIC Pensioners Community that Hyderabad Association can not become a party at Delhi High Court since Supreme court judgement dated 31st March has not mentioned any thing about their impleadment application.
