B Ganga Raju: SN 1992 advice to concentrate on the main job i.e., 100% DR to pre 8/97 & updation to all is sound commonsense. IR is IR and is adjustable when the main issue is settled.Incorrect interpretation of SC order can be highlighted in arguments on the main dispute. A separate case of contempt of court will be time , money consuming and diversionary in Delhi case.However pre8/97 pensioners can be asked to lodge protest letters to the Chairman by Regd.Post and e-mails.They can say we accept under protest without prejudice to our rights to seek remedy.

namdev: lic will not be bold enough to misinterpret under para 3a , if we expose various misdeeds in granting loans and other investments. why don't we expose the affairs of usha ispat [8000+crores] and prakash industries [2000+crores] turning into npa like king fisher.those who is in know of things among pensioners should help.i know about an investment in a psu bank a decade back has turned dud instead of  awakening after 18 years and after sc order,what aiipa has done so far?the letter is for the consumption of their own members.resulting huge profit. this is for the information so called leaders of various shades to act.

george sebastian: ED(P) letter to ED(IT) & Annexure has been republished in AIRIEF blog with ED(P)'s signature on Annexure. Is it ORIGINAL circular/Annexure or a fake one.The original Annexure is an unsigned one.
