But for your thoughtful action and IA in SC. resulting in the Order dt 7-9-2015, LIC would have happily slept keeping the SC Order dt 7-5-2015 and would come to SC and advance frivolous excuses for their inaction. Nobody can deny this fact. The SC Judgment in CA 1123/2015 dated 1-7-2015 by Hon. Deepak Mishra will certainly be a shot in the arms of our Counsels in many ways and I believe it will make the combined efforts of our counsels a smooth sailing one to wrest a favourable judgment for us on 23-9-2015 or thereafter. |
