Reading Shri M.V. Venugopalan's " An open letter to Mr.Asthana"-ji, at 8.00 a.m.today, I (others too must have) felt like drinking (elixir of life) a strong cup of decoction coffee (tea) sip by sip.
The letter is, in fact, addressed to all (leaders). Better they act in unison and for periodical updating of pension and DR (100%). All accurate. It is primary. Everything else (20% interim - bungling by LIC, contempt of court order etc.) is secondary.
