Lic pensioner who has attained the age of 80 years is eligible for increase in
his pension or not?

As of now, LIC
Pension Rules 1995 do not provide for
any increase. If one day the Government of India decides to extend the benefit
on the lines of that for Central Government pensioners, perhaps it may happen.
