LIC had remitted in Jaipur & Chandgarh HCs only a pittance on the basis of DA/DR relief that too not adding the 11.5%!increase on wage revision.
LIC on hearing His Masters Voice (HMV) is dead against paying any benefit to their own pensioners even on the order of HC/SC.
As such I am at a loss to know how one believes that LIC will pay the 20% IR including the Up Gradation after withdrawing the amount from the HCs.
The bone of LICs contention is NO UPGRADATION. As such Mr KMLA is not so naive enough to have such a belief. When to pay the correct amount LIC has to spend some crores of rupees, is it not a mockery to apply for withdrawal of a few lakh from HC.
