Dear Editor,
Today morning, I read a post
on your blog with above mentioned
theme. But let us not ignore the
basic truth or bitter reality.
Can our Chairman or MDs have the courage to argue with current Policy of Union Govt or say F.M. deciding not to allow Pension Up gradation in whole Financial Sector including RBI, Banks, GIC and LIC ?
Can any body tell us what are the basic reasons for UOI recently becoming a party in Supreme Court at this stage by filing SLPs against Jaipur High Court Verdict ?
Can any body throw more light for Record Note being part of 10th Bipartite Agreement for Wage Revision in Banking Industry signed on 25.05.2015 wherein it is mentioned that no contractual bond exists between retirees and bank management?
Even it is reported that RBI Governor who had the courage to take up pension upgradation issue with F.M. for RBI Pensioners has been clearly told about that same can not be accepted by UOI.
Present Secretary DFS in Finance Ministry had clearly told this fact to one AIRIEF Delegation which met him more than six months ago at Delhi
Now I wish to tell all my friends that when our chairman and MDs do not have the courage to oppose Finance Ministry, why do we expect such things from E.D. (Personnel ) on the plea that he is tomorrow's L.I.C. Pensioner.
Let us try to be practical and defeat current UOI Policy in Supreme Court with our full force and complete Unity. Hope our Leaders shed their arrogance and hunger to win the mad race for taking credit for so called victory.
