With due respects, I am afraid, Mr Gupta missed my point that I was batting for him and others like him more than GNS ever did.
Now the main question yet to be answered by Mr Gupta is: To Whom? You need names - not under any 'category'. ED (P)'s query was genuine and the problem 'real'.
It is almost impossible to prepare a list of names. That could be one single reason for LIC to approach SC for clarification. I hope they will do it anyway.
