A clarification

Dear Editor,

I have read the version about yesterday's proceedings at supreme court from Sh. Murty on your blog today morning only.

• Let me be honest in confessing that my version may be wrong and Sh. Murty appears to be correct. Reason, all of us including Asthana ji, Saxena ji and Krishnaswamy ji were in visitors gallery which is just at the end of court room say near entrance door whereas Sh. Murty was in Advocates Gallery very near to chairs of the Judges.

Most of discussions going on in our case were not clearly audible to all of us in visitors gallery and hence this can be the reason for our wrong interpretation.
