My dear Champa,
I have seen your post in the Chronicle. Where MEDIASSIST TPA ID CARD is not forthcoming from LIC, please obtain a Certificate from OS/PA to the effect that you are a pensioner, with Pension No. so and so, and that you are covered under the GROUP MEDICLAIM Scheme of LIC for SA so and so, and send an E-mail ID of M/S MEDIASSIST INDIA PVT. LTD, at, under copy to OS/PA of DO I, along with scanned copies of the above Certificate from OS/PA and the PENSIONER ID CARD, and submit it to the INSURANCE DESK of the Hospital, who will process your claim and send pre-authorisation to the concerned Hospital.
Please proceed as above immediately. My experience shows that the TPA is very helpful in this regard.
