In formating the approach paper Mr. CH Mahadevan's remarks is worth noting
- "THE NEED OF THE HOUR IS TO CONCERTEDLY FOCUS ON THE ASPECTS OF DISCRIMINATIONS OF THE INDIAN CONSTITUTION THAN TAKING THE RISK OF DWELLING ON THE SUSTAINABILITY OR VALIDITY OF THE POWERS OF THE CENTRAL GOVT UNDER THE LIC ACT "
and also note the diligence and professional competence with which the LIC has built its case.
As Nakara.s judgement is mainly based on the article 14 of the Constitution such emphasis is likely to be more beneficial. I hope this will be borne in mind.
CONGRATULATIONS ON THIS INITIATIVE AND MAY YOU SUCCEED.
