Dear Sir,

• You must have seen Mr Balasubramanya has strongly felt the need of unity among the respondents of the LIC Appeal in the Supreme Court. 
• Earlier, Mr Srinivasa Murty, acting on behalf of Panchkula litigants issued similar appeals more than once. There are no two opinions about the sanity of the suggestion and the urgency of taking quick decision.
• As explained by Mr Sriniwasa Murty Delhi needs are limited and they will gladly accept if we achieve something more than what they asked for. Let us come to the ground realities.
• Both Jaipur and Panchkula are AIRIEF members. The Fed. is funding the PKL case
• in the Supreme Court and they have poured millions of rupees over Jaipur. Are we not wooing just one person only? Is Mr Asthana the sole arbiter of Jaipur case? 
• It is time for quick decision and early action.
