- I have just read a post on your blog on the topic Unity of Minds which I have liked very much particularly one quote from my learned friend that both Panchkula and Jaipur if united can fly together.
- Certain ideas when discussed in forms including on line blogs like the Chronicle which provide us an opportunity to express ourselves freely appear to be very nice and beautiful but at the same time these ideas do not match at all with ground reality.
- No doubt, both Jaipur and Panchkula are AIRIEF Units and hence part of one organisation which has recently completed 18 years of its existence by successful conclusion of its 9th GC at Bangalore. AIRIEF as an organisation has scores of very tall leaders situated in different parts of country which are responsible for running said organisation.
A meeting of All India Office Bearers of AIRIEF is proposed to be held at Raipur on 18th January 2015. As a very humble soldier of AIRIEF I appeal to our top leadership to
discuss and explore answers to certain basic questions which are very
much responsible for existing ground realities.
1. Organisation is always bigger than individuals.
2. Collective decision making is always better than decision of a few individuals.
3. Financial Discipline and Transparency is a must for any great organisation which is expected from Top Leaders.
Members at grass root level have every right to question their leaders related to above referred basic three fundamentals. Leaders can not adopt formula of shooting the messenger in stead of listening to the message. However, like all other well wishers of LIC Pensioners community I also wish and pray for unity of minds in this crucial hour of final
phase of our big battle around the corner say on 14th January 2015.
I endorse Sh.Murty who says that time has come to shed ego as well as 'I-know-everything' attitude by three stake holders.
