From Sri C.H. Mahadevan's note on Mr.Jain's case I note that pensioners retired after 1-4-93 will have to approach Supreme Court for payment of difference in salary from august 92 to march 93.
My humble request is that instead of driving such pensioners to the Supreme Court on the same subject again and again the pensioners associations concerned may appeal to the LIC Chairman to consider payment to the pensioners retired after 1-4-93 also. I retired on 31-12-93.
