Certain matters do not come to any conclusion or yield results.
- Take for example the unity of all communist parties in this country. Everybody talks endlessly about Unity, but what they mean is "Unity under my banner" only.
- Then there is the endless talk about brotherly relations between India and Pakistan. Continued terrorism proves the futility of all such goody goody talk. So is the case for peace between Israel and Palestine. The simple fact is all these entities are created to fight each other, not to live in peace and harmony. I may be dismissed as a Pessimist. Well if optimism is all about waiting endlessly for better times to come let it be so.

But none can make it drink.
But if the horse feels thirsty and needs a drink and it finds there is no water in the Pond ?

I believe that the masses create the leaders and not otherwise. Leaders become great leaders when they show capacity to raise above certain subjective feelings.
All said and done I personally believe that a united movement by all employees and pensioners in both Banking and Insurance Sector to bring the required pressure on the government to concede the improvements in Pension Scheme that includes updation with every wage revision, could yield favourable result.
For now we have to pin hopes on the legal fight only and the leaders and counsels leading that fight.
