GHAR. KI. BA'AT BAAHAR KIYON? YOU tell why?

I shall only ask
WHO STARTED IT? And we can go on like this endlessly.

We are travelling long journeys to meet at BGLRE. 

Surely not to pour our hearts out accusing and complaining one other.

Surely, it will be waste of emotions, time and money. Such things 

in any organisation will happen mainly because of poor quality of 

leadership at the top.

IT is what it is. Let us not lament on it. But take this opportunity to 

examine together the means to be adopted by our leaders for better 

and effective performance.

For umpteen times I have spoken of some solid suggestions to
improve the working of the FED.

1--Institutionalise the working of the FED.
2--Have financial discipline
3--Form a legal cell.

Let us resolve that in the next GCM. We are going to introduce 

some method to usher in transparency and democracy.

1--I suggest that one of the Vice Presidents is designated 

as Sr. Vice President to act as NO.2 in the organisation

2--One VP be in charge of Finance.His main job should be to act 

as Main Internal Auditor. He may nominate a couple of suitable 

persons to help him in his job.We badly need Internal Audit System 

introduced.

3--One Vice President to be made incharge of Legal matters 

--- NOT Mr ASTHANA, with at least 3 suitable persons to act as 

legal advisers whose opinion should matter.
This is an administrative arrangement and does not call for any 

constitutional amendment.

Jain Sahib,you say the GB decided to help Jaipur only. If that is 

the case why did you give me a written undertaking that FED will 

look after our case in the Supreme Court and we manage our High 

Court case with our own resources?

You have already given Rs one lac to ur SC advocate.

Can you spend 1lac at your own discretion? Kindly get the whole 

matter regularised at the next ECM.

You accuse me of not keeping you informed about Chandigarh 

cases. Let me explain Objection Application in our COC case 

has been filed today only.  M/S C.H. MAHADEVAN,M.S.MURTY 

and BRIJJIT SINGH have put in great efforts in preparing the reply.

I hope to get a copy of this application this evening or tomorrow.

I shall forward it to you immediately.

Regarding our case in the Supreme Court, I have agreed to sit with 

MR ASTHANA and others to plan and act collectively under 

a common strategy I shall go by the planned decision. No secret move.

Our top leaders and the VARISHTVANI created a hype for collecting 

legal fund in the Personal Account of Sri Asthana. It is the responsibility 

of the FED to account for the disposal of such funds.

Surely, Sri Asthana can not remember all his expenses. But he can produce 

photo copies of his Bank Pass Books. Otherwise, he cannot avoid the 

inevitable stigma.

Let the Legal Committee examine the utility of all the writs and I,A.s 

filed by Sri Asthana. After all these cost money.

NO 'ONE MAN SHOW'. LET US RUN THE FED IN A TRUE DEMOCRATIC 

WAY INVOLVING MORE PERSONS TO ACTIVELY SHARE 

VARIOUS RESPONSIBILITIES.
