Your mail dt 8th inst, I note the initiative taken by you to bring all the leaders professing to work for the cause of LIC pensioners on a common platform. The thought is ideal but I am scared of the experience, a few months back. Every leader is bent upon pursuing his own agenda. It was bitter that a unity move resulted in an avoidable split.
Look at the bank unions. Every union (in the multiple banks and Organisations) has its own agenda but for discussion with IBA, there is only one agenda. I am sorry that the same spirit is hardly seen within us although the institution is single.
Notwithstanding what I have observed above and the statements in your blog such as
"It is our matter it can be solved ourselves we
The Federation's agenda loud and clear - to pursue benefits for all but that ideal theory should not stand in the way getting the most delayed benefit for the very aged persons, thousands of whom had already kicked the bucket. We have to find out a compromising solution.

are all having capacity to solve any matter,
We have proved our selves in our service time."
"The PC is withdrawing from the move to facilitate
a MEETING."
GN Sridharan's proposal
