I refer to the above-titled post by Mr T. Sampath Iyengar. The real anxiety is not on whether LIC will deposit the amount in the HC Registry within the undertaken period of 6 weeks, but what will be the amount that they will deposit. If they again deposit inadequate amounts on the lines of what they have done at Jaipur, there will be a need for the petitioners to apply to the Court to advance the hearing to an early date on the CCP to consider whether there is contempt.
