Dear Mr Raithatha,
I reiterate the same views as follows sent in my earlier mail:
Assuming that the final outcome of the talks provide for maximum possible increase in Pay Slip components without up gradation of pension, is the UFBU going to agree for the wage revision when there will be a consequential aggravation in pension disparity among retirees in various inter-wage revision periods?
Ironically, the beneficiaries of the present wage revision sans pension upgradation w.e.f 1/11/2012 who will retire before 1/11/2017 will also join the victims of pension anomaly from that date along with their spouses with the present meagre quantum of family pension.
All the representative bodies of the PSB employees need to ponder over the matter. Kindly convey this to the leaders of AIBEA.
Kind regards.
