There can not be two opinions on the twin
demands raised and achieved through legal battle.
"Rajasthan HC's judgement was endorsed by
Punjab & Haryana and Delhi High Courts.
"It becomes out of question to plead for piece-meal
settlement at this ripe time.
"Members of respective associations should
prevail upon their leaders and convince them
to come out openly to accede to the present
opportune time," writes Shri Subrahmanian.
Dear Sri Gangadharan,
I find quite a new and near workable strategy adopted by some of our revered leaders in all organisations representing LIC pensioners' community by throwing " VALIANT UNITY CALL " among themselves and face the last phase of our legal battle before Supreme Court on 12th August and there after.
IT IS THE HIGHEST WISH OF EVERY ONE IN ALL THE ORGANISATIONS. But it is every body's guess, where we missed the bus. But, at least now, the CLARION CALL has come in a big way.
In between, I was crowned with praise worthy epithets like 'SOME ONE, NOVICE, GHOST WRITER, ARM CHAIR CRITIC', ETC. But, time has changed the atmosphere. New air has crept in. Let us give due consideration in the matter of approaching the highest legal system.
- OUR SINGLE AND FORE MOST DEMAND IS THAT BOTH LIC AND GOI MUST IMPLEMENT THE JUDGMENT OF HON'BLE JUSTICE BHANDARI DATED 12TH JANUARY, 2010 UPON OUR TWIN DEMANDS OF 100% DR / DA NEUTRALIZATION AND UPDATION OF PENSION ON EVERY WAGE REVISION FOR WORKING EMPLOYEES, ETC.
There can not be two opinions on these two demands raised and achieved through legal battle. Rajasthan HC's judgement was endorsed by Punjab & Haryana and Delhi High Courts. It becomes out of question to plead for piece-meal settlement at this ripe time. Members of respective associations should prevail upon their leaders and convince them to come out openly to accede to the present opportune time.
HOPE EVERY THING WILL END WELL.
With warm greetings and
fraternity,
