QUERIES ABOUT FURTHER STEPS BY SHRI ASTHANA

I am following your LIC Pensioners Chronicle which gives the latest position of the LIC Pensioners case at Jaipur High Court.

However I am not able to get news about the further steps taken by Shri Asthana after the Contempt Petition has been dismissed as withdrawn for some reason or other.

Since the Original Jaipur HC Judgment dt 20-1-2010 approving the 1) Revision of Basic Pension and     2) equaIisation of DA/DR still holds good even now I would be thankful if you can enlighten me through your "Chronicle "

(i)whether any further Petition has been filed in Jaipur HC for clarification of the Original Judgment dt 20-1-2010
(ii) Whether any date has been fixed by the court for giving the above clarification.
