Yesterday's chronicle article of Sri RKV regarding the remarks of S.C. while closing a CCP of a 13 year old litigation, the new is very timely and equally applies to our situation where we are also dragged from pillar to post for the last 13 yrs going through the full length, from original suit to Division Bench, fought the review, won every step and also won in the S.C. when LIC SLP was dismissed.
We are simply harassed by GOI through LIC. We need to see light at least now after arduous walk through the dark tunnel. S.C. observation should be brought to the court's notice on 3rd. This may indeed help.
