I saw critical comments about our General Secretary K Natarajan's Circular No. 19/2013 dt 15 10 2013 to Chairman, LIC of India. As I have no copy, I shall thank you to please post the letter in your blog for wide reading.

(We appreciate the concern of AIIPA members like Shri AV Subbaraman. We have received a few telephone calls also why AIIPA circulars are not being published.
- Let us explain. We do receive these Circulars from Calicut Unit of AIIPA very late by post. Even before the circulars are received, it Is observed that comments are received from across the country and the same are also published in the Chronicle.
- If the blog is put on the mailing list and the circulars are directly sent to us, we will be glad to publish the same. If soft copies are received, the same will be published immediately, in any case within 6 to 12 hrs. Belatedly though we are now gladly publishing aiipa Circular No.19/2013 dated 15-10-2013.
- While on the subject, we may add, pensioner associations should change to mailing soft copies since hard copies could be handled with some difficulty as seen below. This is also one of the reasons why we find it difficult to publish aiipa circulars. -Ed.)
