Dear Sir,

However SC has given an option to file a fresh SLP against DB order. But it has made it clear that LIC is not entitled to claim condonation of delay as a matter of right and application if any filed for this purpose will be decided on its own merit.
I hope LIC will not take such a decision knowing fully well that it will also meet with the same fate (dismissal).
Let wisdom dawn on LIC.
