Please note that all requests for transfer on the grounds of health / physical disability of self or
dependent disabled child should be accompanied by requisite copies of documents in support
of the same. The self attested copies documents pertaining to medical records / advice /
prescription etc. and/or disability certificate should be submitted to respective Zonal Office
through the concerned Divisional Office. The Zonal Offices shall forward the requisite papers
after due verification to Central Office for those Officers whose transfer is to be effected by
Central Office.

Online application can also be submitted through webpage https://pers.licindia.in on internet.
Confirmation of request submission will be sent to the applicant through an auto generated
email on successful registration of the application.
Please note that choice exercised by officer in the Online Request Transfer module is for a
place and not for the office. The officer can be posted at any office in a particular place/city
and no representation for specific office will be entertained. However, officers in the AAO, AO
& ADM cadre shall have to specify a branch in the place of their choice.
Please note that even if the Officer has given preference of place(s) in the P-Form,
submission of application through the online request module has to be done if the
officer is requesting for immediate consideration of transfer request. Also note that
hard copy of the transfer application need not be forwarded to Central Office. Please
note that transfers shall be considered based on online requests only.
Please note that no separate Online Request Transfer Module will be launched by the
Zones.
The last date of submission of Online Application is 02/01/2020.
All HODs and Head of the offices/ organizations (where LIC officers are deputed) are
requested to bring this to the notice of all the Class-I Officers working within their jurisdiction.
