Occasion: Golden Jubilee Celebrations of the Delhi High Court. Participants, among others on the Dias: The Prime Minister & The Chief Justice of India. What did they say? That
1) The Government is the biggest litigant and a heavy burden on the justice system. This should change AND
2) If a teacher secures a Court order on an issue, it (the principle/benefit) should be extended
and applied to others (similarly placed) automatically. (watch out MC Jain like LIC pensioners)
We have been agitating on these lines for a long time, even on 27 October 2016 in ‘Yogakshema’.
We hope and intend doing so again on 9 Nov 2016.
