I had a good interaction on 9 Nov with the participants in the AGM of NABARD Retirees Association at Mumbai. Will send a detailed report later

. 

On 10th, I argued one 2nd Appeal before the Information Commissioner, Delhi against LIC's denial of information under RTI Act, in Sept 2015. It was an interesting exercise.

I am leaving now on a short trip to USA and missing the Order on 40% payment being delivered today. Will keep in touch.
