MC JAIN CASE: CLASS I FEDERATIONS STILL GROPE IN DARKNESS

Today, even Mr M C Jain has been left high and dry after LIC paid him only a small amount more than a year ago which was not according to the Jaipur judgment. I am not sure whether anybody is helping him to obtain justice.

About 100 similarly placed retired Class I Officers are helplessly waiting for the implementation by LIC of the M C Jain case judgment in letter and spirit for their benefit also .
Greetings.

Has Mr M C Jain got justice so far after dismissal of LIC's SLP in Supreme Court nearly two years ago?

What has been done for that? If I do not know what action you have taken in the matter as per law and the outcome thereof, please inform for the benefit of about 100 similarly placed octogenarians.
