Re: Arrears I am only worried about one thing. D.A. was based on original basic pension and had nothing to do with those who had commuted part of the pension, but now if reduced pension is taken in calculation it can drastically reduce actual D.A. amount. Similarly once full pension is restored in arrears calculation Basic Pension should be taken in account and they should not continue with reduced pension amount.
I think ED's letter and Annexure should have mentioned this point. Can you please look into it and do the needful if you consider this as important as I think.
