namdev: aiipa circular is for the consumption of their members,for they have not done an iota help for pensioners.it is perhaps happy that most of their members ie class 3 &4 will receive a pittance.i don't know whether their members understand the game play and desert en masse. that is the only solution.13 May 16, 08:34 AM
