Whatever has been written to the two parts by Mr Ramanathan in regard to the legal points relevant to our case are indeed commendable from the point of view of legal experts.

But what is important is to attempt to relate in a concrete manner the legal and constitutional provisions to the infirmities in our Pension Rules. 

• Can Mr Ramanathan list in a tabular form the legal provisions on the one side and the applicable areas in our pension rules on the other so that the case managers may use them while conferencing with the counsel who will argue our case in Delhi HC?

I feel, that will be more practically useful.
