If long adjournments are sought for by LIC counsel on account of the non-availability of SG, I am sure all the counsel for the respondents will staunchly oppose such a request.
Even then if long adjournment is ordered,the counsel should press for immediate payment of interim relief for all pensioners eligible keeping in view the in rem directions of the Delhi HC .
Also interim relief should be on the right amount due on upgradation and also keeping in view the non-payment of IR in respect of family pension.
Let us hope at least in this regard,all the three counsel will act in unison.
