B. Ganga Raju: Is it on 16th or 17th of this month? There is urgent need to get a confirmation from the court's registry. Otherwise we may attend the court on a wrong day.
Shri M.V.Venugopalan is not wide of the mark when he asked the case managers to keep aside their egos.
Even in the reporting about 10th March there is more about MSM in KMLA's despatch than on court proceedings. It appears that the strategy of Govt./LIC is to enlarge the area and ambit of the case, drag us into unnecessary arguments and waste our time with repeated adjournments. We should not fall into their trap. Constitution of India. Art.14, Sec.48, LIC Boards resolution of 2001 and Board's competence, Nakara Case, Jaipur verdict, maintainability of SLPs etc etc
There is enough to provoke us and lead us astray and also mislead the bench (god forbid). We have to be on our guard. MSM & Chandigarh par ek nazar rakhna ithna important nahee hai. Certainly they are not antagonistic to our main cause and content of the case.
AND ALL THIS IS TO BE FINISHED BEFORE THE COURT DECLARES SUMMER VACATION.
