I saw the Cause List of Bench consisting of Hon'ble Justice Misra and Hon. Justice Ramana where it has been shown at Sl. No.121.
Obviously our Case cannot be taken up by this Bench being a Part-Heard matter which is being heard by Hon'ble Justice Misra and Justice Prafulla Chandra Pant.
This listing is just to honour the previous order of the Bench to be listed on 20th January 2016.
Appropriate Bench will be constituted specially to hear the matter further.
Let us wait for further orders from the Court for fixing up the date.
