Can any one of the readers inform how earlier to 1981, LIC was giving effect to the revisions in the salary structure. I don’t have any records and am not able to recollect. This information may be available from old copies of (Staff) Regulation or other papers someone may have. This is to examine whether there is any further scope for arguments in our case. A quick response may help at this juncture.
