I'm trying to talk to RM(E&OS) SC Zone who is presently busy in ZMC meeting.After getting clarification, I shall give the correct picture.
My talk with Manager(E&OS) Hyderabad DO indicates that the instructions relate to policy year 2016-17. We may have to give the consent letter by 15th February 2016 and deductions will commence from the pension of February 16 payable on 1st March 2016.
May be whatever balance premium is left to be deducted as at 31/1/2016 will be spread over 12 installments from Feb 2016.
It seems that they want to follow the same practice as followed for in-service employees for pensioners also.
