JM Aboobucker: It is heartening to note at long last wisdom has dawned upon AIRIEF to cause an application of impleadment of AIRIEF also as a party to the SC case to be filed. Hope that AIRIEF will also board the bus to enable the benefits that will arise on our success in the SC will flow not only to a few Petitioners but to the entire LIC Pensioners. Thank you AIRIEF for your thoughtful action though belated.
chandrasekharan: Sri. mahadevan has stated categorically that the pre august 1997 retirees have been miserably discriminated against through a wrong DR formula. Is LIC management aware of this point, if so since when. Why LIC did not attempt to rectify the anomaly.
