Something has gone wrong

What was the need for a hurried mention for adjournment for next day when the miscellaneous case was in progress? The request could have been  made in the afternoon if the case had been taken up for hearing? If the case could not be heard in the normal case yesterday, there was also a possibility  for the case to have been carried over for hearing today. If Mr Nidhesh Gupta was to be preoccupied with his father's surgery, could  not Mr R K Singh have made this mention when the hearing came up?

Also this development contradicts the report of Mr KMLA  after the hearing on 24th November 2015 that come what may, final hearing will take place on 2nd Dec 2015.
Somewhere something  seems to have gone wrong.

Now the AIRIEF needs to think seriously as to  whether it will be wise to  delay  moving for impleadment in the CAs any longer. This, I am expressing as a concerned life member of the AIRIEF which needs to act in the interest of a large number of its expectant members of the various cadres. The price of inaction in this regard may be heavy for the Federation in my opinion.

Greetings.
