CASE CONTINUING AS FIRST ITEM
TOMORROW (3RD DEC 2015)
Dear Editor,
As per the Cause list for tomorrow, there are Seven Miscellaneous cases before the Regular Part-heard matters are taken up. We are at No 3 in the Regular List.
The First case at Sl No 101, is reported to be a heavy matter, which took most of today's Court time and was posted at No 1 as ordered by the Bench. It is likely to take some time, perhaps to be concluded. No details about the Second.
So it is a touch and go for us tomorrow. If it is taken up even just before the Bench rises, there is a fair chance of continuing as first item next day, ie. 3 Dec.
Good thing this time is the following day is a regular hearing day.
Let us hope for the best. We (Hyderabad Association also) are fully geared up for any eventuality.
