Shri v v l n sastry writes on your PC telling us that AIRIEF President  Sh.Saxena has cleared all misconceptions regarding Supreme court proceedings dated 2nd December through his circular. 

Sorry.  It is just an operation Cover Up  only. Had I been at his place  my version would have been  "Sorry friends,  our calculation has gone  wrong. "

But I am extremely happy to see your cartoon on this issue which conveys every thing without  any long narration.
