Dear Editor,
In continuation of my yesterday's Post in the PC, I wish to inform
you that I am trying today to make a MENTION made before Justice Dipak
Misra's Bench (WITH PROPER PRIOR NOTICE TO ALL).
That the habitual long adjournments of our Final Hearing, at the
drop of a hat, are causing a chilling (killing?) impact on LIC
Pensioners for no fault of theirs.
That an opportunity should be given to us early next week say on
9th Dec, (as the sacrosanct Court procedure requires), to convince the
Court that the Pension Revision benefit shall be extended to all 49,000
Pensioners eventually (including about 15,000 Family Pensioners) and
that it shall include the Enhancement Component and NOT let LIC be
content with merely rectifying some of its monumental mistakes in paying
wrong DA to the older generation for nearly 20 years.
WELL, IT'S AN HONEST BUT ALL OUT EFFORT. HOPE AND PRAY IT PAYS. IN A SHORT WHILE FROM NOW.
REST AFTER 11.00 AM
