Change The Mind Set Of LIC Pensioners Unions

At the outset my warm Deepawali 2015 Greetings to you and your esteemed readers.

Today morning, your PC provided us a chance to read a letter written by NOIP (BMS) to LIC Chairman. Immediately, two things came to my mind. First being if NOIP can do it why not remaining LIC Pensioners Associations /Federations. I feel lot of pain to observe while listening to our current and even earlier top AIRIEF Leaders telling all of us that we should avoid writing any thing on blogs. Most of top AIRIEF Leaders are not reading your blog as per my assessment. And this is nothing but an old, fixed and hardened mind set of current top AIRIEF Leadership which needs to be changed with changing times.

And second most disturbing thing for me is that if all associations working for LIC employees can come together on one platform to form a Joint Front which has been a very successful experiment in LIC as this front has proved highly effective in securing a Wage Revision for existing LIC Employees wef 01.08.2012 then why not similar Joint Front for retired LIC Employees Organisations. Is sheer arrogance of current leaders in various organisations coming in the way of such joint front ?
