JM Aboobucker: The SC proceedings of 30th Sep as reported by Mr MSM looks like damp squib as rightly stated by Mr MSM. The valuable time of the Court for about 90 minutes has gone down the drain because of The SG's lack of preparation due to his own busy schedules in various SC Courts. One silver lining that is visible in Mr.MSM report is that Justice Mishra has got a clear idea of what our case is about. Many thanks to Mr Murty for his prompt and immediate reporting for the benefit of the Pensioners at large.
