Dear LIC Pensioners Friends,
All of us are fortunate enough that for first time written order passed by Justice Deepak Misra today during hearing of IA filed by Chandigarh High Court petitioners has been uploaded on supreme court website same day.
Let us hope that LIC Management will take this order seriously to avoid contempt of supreme court clearly mentioned in this order.
While we got such a favorable order from Supreme court today with grace of God and very tough preparation by Sh. Murty our case Manager and Sh.Savla our advocate at the same time we are also disturbed by most condemned action of advocate Sh.R K Singh for Jaipur High Court petitioners as per instructions of our Respected Sh. KML Asthana sir.
